Returns and exchanges 

Reach out to us if you would like to exchange or return a product, we are happy to help you. Before exchanging or returning any products, here are some rules of engagement first:

  1. Starting on the day of delivery, you have 15 days to apply for an exchange or return. Applications sent after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Make sure that the product is in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in its original plastic bag.
  3. Fold all garments exactly the way you received them. Anything rumpled or wrinkled will not be appreciated and an extra cost of €10 will be subtracted from the reimbursement.
  4. Postal costs for returned products are the customers responsibility. This will only be refunded in case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
  5. We cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit.
  6. Make sure that all previous information is understood and respected before reaching out to us.

 

PROCEDURE 

To RETURN a product:

  1. Send us an email to shop@lune-lautre.com describing your intention.
  2. You will receive an answer within 48 hours. A return form will be attached that needs to be filled in.
  3. Put all products as well as the necessary documents in a proper return bag, attach the return label, seal it and it’s ready to be sent.

To EXCHANGE a product;

  1. Place a new order of the product you’d like to receive.
  2. After placing your new order, send us an email to shop@lune-lautre.com describing your intention.
  3. You will receive an answer within 48 hours. A return form will be attached that needs to be filled in.
  4. Put all products as well as the necessary documents in a proper return bag, attach the return label, seal it and it’s ready to be sent.
