Returns and exchanges
Before exchanging or returning any products, here are some rules of engagement first:
- Starting on the day of delivery, you have 14 days to exchange or return your purchase. Returned goods after this period will not be accepted.
- Make sure that the product is in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in its original plastic bag.
- Fold all garments exactly the way you received them. Anything rumpled or wrinkled will not be appreciated and an extra cost of €10 will be subtracted from the reimbursement.
- Postal costs for returned products are the customers responsibility. This will only be refunded in case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
- We cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit.
To RETURN a product:
- Put all products in a proper return bag, attach the return label, seal it and it’s ready to be sent.
- Withing 15 days after placing your order, send your return to:
To EXCHANGE a product;
- Place a new order of the product you’d like to receive.
- After placing your new order, send us an email to [email protected] describing your intention.
- You will receive an answer within 48 hours. A return form will be attached that needs to be filled in.
- Put all products as well as the necessary documents in a proper return bag, attach the return label, seal it and it’s ready to be sent.
